Shipping from Türkiye to North Europe? An EIS is coming up

An Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) is coming up. The EIS will apply to all dry equipment from all ports in Türkiye to North Europe*, from October 7, 2024, and is valid until further notice.

The details for the EIS are listed below:

• Applicable to all carriers owned DRY standard equipment 20' & 40'

• EUR 300 per container

*North Europe: Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, Estonia, Iceland, Luxembourg
